Our kitchen has everything you need: an under-counter refrigerator/freezer combo at one end, with a built-in microwave at the other end. In between a single bowl porcelain sink with faucet, and, a two-burner cooktop.

Frankly we once thought a small kitchen meant limited cooking capabilities.

We were wrong.

One Thanksgiving we roasted a duck with all the trimmings in the convection oven/microwave. The squash and green beans simmered on the cooktop as the chocolate mousse chilled in the refrigerator.

The food was hot. The drinks were cold. And we counted our blessings.

It was special. Just like our Lodge-on-Wheels™.

Note to duck hunters: please send ducks overnight UPS or Fed Ex (packed in dry ice, please) in time for the holidays as we have no wild ducks available locally. We long for fresh duck again this year. The management thanks you.
